Alex was born and raised in Virginia Beach, and now lives in Norfolk with his wife and four children. He attended First Colonial high school and then went on to earn his bachelor’s in Marketing & Communication from Old Dominion University. He joined Coastal Realty Group in 2015.
A key reason Alex got into real estate was to help people navigate the fine line between their dream home and a solid financial investment. He works very hard to serve his clients and to continually become a better agent by staying informed of innovative marketing strategies and best practices. As an active-duty Naval officer, Dan understands the unique challenges facing service members when it comes to purchasing homes or investment properties. He bought his first investment property in Norfolk in 2016 using the VA loan. Since then, he has invested in multiple properties using the VA loan and managed multiple rehab projects. His goal is to leverage his experience to help you buy or sell the right property the right way.
Vanessa was born and raised in Miami, FL. She has been married to her Bridge Engineer husband since 2007 and has 2 amazing boys. Vanessa joined the Alex Winfield Team in 2019 and brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and development. As someone who has moved around the U.S. with her husband, she is very in tune with our clients wants and need for communication. Vanessa's role as Alex Winfield's Team assistant and transaction coordinator ensures that you will have a smooth experience from the beginning to the end of every transaction.
